Stalking Resource Center: Not Happy With CBS's Stalker Show

The Stalking Resource Center, a national non-profit, has expressed disappointment with CBS's Stalker show because it tends to portray stalking as entertainment. For details read here:

I have not seen an episode of Stalker - and it's low priority on my research list. Arguably the primary goal of Stalker is to entertain the general public, whereas the Stalking Resource Center's primary goal appears to be to provide resources and facts for victims of stalking. Naturally, they will provide different perspectives of the same topic. My hope is that the creators of Stalker will make further attempts to work with stalking experts, including those at the stalking resource center, to create shows that more closely match real cases - while nonetheless being entertaining.
