Additional Email Disclaimers

Recipients of emails from Noel Lawrence or his associates, are hereby on notice of the following, plus the website's General or Full Disclaimers (for the latter see this website's page(s) of the same or similar title).

Spelling & Voice Recognition Software Disclaimer:

Speed and/or dictation software may have been used to make this, or part of this message. At times such methods result in misspellings or mistyping of a person's name or may create confusion over important communications. Such mistakes should not be taken personally and I apologize in advance for them. Please notify me of any errors you are aware of, or matters that cause you confusion or doubt as to the meaning of any communications I send.

Tax Disclaimer:

I am not an accountant, tax specialist, or licensed in tax.  Please do NOT rely on or interpret any communications I make, in this email, attachments, verbal or otherwise, as tax advice.  My communications are not intended to, and cannot be used to (1) avoid penalties under the Internal Revenue Code or any other tax code; or (2) promote, market, or recommend to another party any transaction or matter addressed herein.

Investment & Due Diligence Disclaimer:

I am not a licensed financial advisor or licensed in securities, bonds, or other investments.  Any communications regarding financial instruments or investments are not intended to replace your own due diligence, or the advice of a financial advisor or a financial professional.

Persons Seeking to Rely on Legal Advice Without A Paid Agreement to do so:

Unless you are a client, this communication is not legal advice and should not be relied on for that purpose.  A representation agreement must be signed by each of us, specifying the scope of representation, services, and payment terms to establish an attorney-client relationship with me upon which you could rely on my legal advice.

Legal Statute of LImitations or Deadline(s) on Potential Claims

If you have a legal problem, or potential legal problem, you are responsible for handling it, or finding an attorney to help you handle it, in a timely manner.  For example, in some situations, waiting six (6) months can result in the loss of a valuable legal claim.  It is possible a claim can expire in even less time than 6 months.

Any potential legal claim you might have will be barred if you do not file your claim within a certain period (ie - the "statute of limitations" period).  That period varies depending on the type of claim or claims and where the claims are filed.  You are responsible for determining this date, or hiring an attorney to help you determine this date.  Even though I may try to help you with a general statement about how long you have to file a claim, you may only place full reliance on my statement in this regard if we have entered a representation agreement that includes this task as one of my services.

If you have any questions on any of the disclaimers above, please email them.  Thank you.
