Noel Lawrence is a graduate of the University of California - Hastings College of the Law, in San Francisco, CA.  He is licensed to practice law in California and prefers to help individuals and small to middle sized businesses.  Noel externed for a Federal Judge Magistrate, worked as in-house counsel for 2 start-up companies, negotiated and prepared cases for litigation for a national financial institution, and assisted several small firms.  

 

When possible, Noel seeks to avoid litigation; however, of his own cases, he has been fortunate to never lose a civil case in small claims or Superior Court. Although generally attorneys are not allowed to represent litigants in small claims court, they can advise and help prepare them.  Although no attorney can guarantee results, seeing an attorney before filing a claim might provide you with new insights that can greatly increase your likelihood of winning.  

  

Although Noel has a wide range of experience and interests, his current passions are strategic business consulting; helping people petitioning for restraining orders; and helping parties representing themselves (pro se or pro per).
